You would be living your life as a total HOUSE BUM.
It's the same old word every college student desires for (unless you're a nerd who doesn't want to have a little break). Final exams were a total agitation for us, with all those crucial cramming experiences and hold-order green lights for those who were jammed in their diminutive ID-wearing offenses na hindi nakalusot kay Manong "Eagle Eye," the guard.
What we have stumbled upon our ultimate cramming experience in our Filipino project:
It's a biopic with reference to our deep elucidations regarding the poem aka tulambuhay Pag-aabang sa Kundiman by Edgar Calabia Samar, Don Carlos Palanca Memorial Awardee and one of the faculty in the Ateneo. We commenced filming 3 weeks before, starting at the setting which took place at Kundiman, Espana. Other parts just followed a week before finals, normally, we won't be able to do it at the final exams week because it would damn be a more sleepless night rather than usual.
Wednesday was the last day of drudgery. For some, it was a total relief but for others, they still have the exams... and for us, block U --- it's cramming time.
We filmed the other remaining constituents of the documentary, plus... the editing and video rendering lasted till the last few seconds of submission.
It was 12:30 pm and we're supposed to be burning it by 1 pm. What did we do? Panic mode.
5 minutes more till deadline, walking from my dorm where we all did it... we carried Janine's laptop to dela Costa hall (3rd floor) Sir was too kind to wait, we even had interview sessions about schools. Guess what? The presentation went smoothly --- just disregard the burning time.
We got an A.
