Tough Job, Tougher Job

TOUGH JOB.
It's not a tough job to volunteer at NAMFREL with Mara and Elaine as an encoder. Sit. Chill [literally]. Listen to your competitive reader who wants with her other reader friends [partner pa ni Mara yung isa doon].

So, we did encode 45 election returns, all of which contain illegible handwritings, inconsistent tallies, funny spellings [such as "tree" for three in one of Elaine's ER], and the void ERs [invaliiiiiid!].

Anong oras nga pala? 8 pm - 12 mn.

And, BTW, Ateneo smells like burnt candle wax during midnight. FREAKY.

TOUGHER JOB.
There's so much political killings at the moment, it's election --- duuh.

Ever since my dad was transferred as chief of police to this new city/town/municipality of San Isidro or whatever-you-call it in Nueva Ecija [again], he became a workaholic again. I know, [repeat] There's so much political killings at the moment, it's election --- duuh.

As c-o-p, he should always be there to lead his team. And sometimes, the job wants him to be there 24 hours...

...which really really sucks.

Mag-isa tuloy lagi ang mom ko sa bahay namin.

Wala pa naman ako sa bahay namin dahil sa summer classes.

In short, may kanya-kanya kaming tinutulugan, and everytime I would go back to Cabanatuan on weekends --- he won't be there to drive me back and forth to QC... nobody else but the driver who frequently drives past U-turns [na nakakaaksaya sa gas namin dahil humahaba pa ang route].

I wish everything'd be back to normal again. Ang bagal naman kasi ng bilangan. QUICK COUNT pa raw 'yun.
