The Banchetto food trip experience and the concept of SULIT FACTOR

It was an epic Friday night of walking on a busy street closed for three lines of stalls selling all kinds of food you can eat...with a length of twice or even greater than twice that of SEC-CTC-SOM walkway. Banchetto is a place for food lovers all over the metro, and of course, we must always consider the concept of J-Con's sulit factor where...

sulit factor = (quality + quantity) / price

The cheaper good food gets, the better. The fact that the food you eat is free makes it have an infinite sulit factor is pretty reasonable despite how good it tastes, or how much it originally costs.

The Banchetto food trip experience wouldn't be complete if we don't consider the sulicity (high sulit factor) of the food, we list down the three rules of Banchetto:
  1. No pasta. Pasta is always served "unfresh" since it takes a long time to cook pasta...when you buy them, they're already lying in the bowl for a long time drying up.
  2. Always buy freshly cooked food especially those that you see being cooked.
  3. Ministop is just around the corner. (for drinks)

Here we (J-con, me and Jan-Jan) sit at the sidewalk in front of Ministop in Ortigas Ave., the most sulit way of getting a drink, in case of choking. We bought seafood aligue rice (and we were wishing we had it made with extra aligue) and that juicy and delicious angus kebab.

OM NOM NOM. Let's go back to Banchetto!
